resolution, coping strategies for stress reduction and building
cohesive teams.
Life Coach for the BrainStyles System
The BrainStyles System is an effective coaching strategy
that Connie uses with her clients to assist them in creating transformations
in their lives without changing who they are. Clients who have used
BrainStyles have reported more inner peace in their lives and the
ability to balance their inner and outer world.
Hypnotherapy
All hypnosis is self-hypnosis. What the mind
can conceive you can achieve through hypnotherapy. Clients can learn
to take control of their lives through the power of accessing the
subconscious mind for positive change. Some of the more popular
uses for hypnosis are: weight loss and management, smoking-cessation,
dental procedures, childbirth, goal setting and motivation.

Meditation Classes
Dr. Connie teaches mindful meditation classes throughout
the country at top health clubs and spas. Meditation can have profound

clarity, insight, and a deepening awareness of self-understanding.
